UX Manager Digital

This is a great opportunity in the centre of Glasgow for someone can lead the team responsible for great experience for our clients customer journeys. Your input will support growth in our clients business by refining the way they deliver digital services products and solutions to their existing and growing consumer base. As a leading financial enterprise they are investing heavily in their Digital strategy with a whole new team geared towards delivering great products and services to the market.

Your role will be heading the new strategy for delivering design projects  and UX strategies, leading a dynamic team to enhance the brand representation online, and optimise the customer journey to online application.

You’ll have both a creative, and performance management background allowing you to analyse and interpret data to enhance the UX strategy, and provide strong direction for digital design projects.

As the team lead, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory guidelines with which we work and ensure an inclusive approach to ensuring all stakeholders have their view represented in the execution of the design & UX projects.

The role is all about…. Working with marketing and OLC colleagues to deliver design and UX projects Interrogate, understand and utilise reporting frameworks to enhance activity Ensure everything we do is fit for purpose, both in terms of our customers and our regulatory deliverables. We need you to have a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to anticipate future needs Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey key messages using written and verbal media Experience of using PC tools; in particular MS packages, Adobe Target, Google Analytics and relevant optimisation software is advantageous.
