Their Client management team continues to expand and has a current opportunity for a driven individual to work with a key new client. If you are ambitious then getting in at this level can open up opportunities across the business , once you have established your capability – either in UK, Europe or internationally.
What are we looking for – outsourcing experience would be very beneficial as would client management in terms of commercial knowledge , account development and the ability to maintain and develop working relationships within the orgonisation and within the clients stakeholders.
If you are from contact centre outsourcing ( possibly operations) we will be looking for a rising star that really gets the commercials and has a proven ability to manager their clients to deliver a profitable partnership. your personality will have to show leadership capability, infectious energy and enthusiasm as well as a genuine desire to deliver the best possible solutions
If you are from a client management / account management or services background then you will need to show that you can quickly understand the key elements of customer contact outsourcing – have a desire to learn , and a passion for becoming the best at what you do through immersing yourself in all things customer experience.
With both voice and the many digital channels open for communicating with our clients consumers, an interest in the getting under the skin of this world and becoming a subject matter expert is vital to retaining and developing the relationship with the client.
