The Senior Operations Manager role will oversee the multi-channel, multi client aspects of the business in Central Scotland. With a focus on delivering through digital channels and voice for around about 600FTE.
The Operations Manager role will have the responsibility for a single campaign. A trendy well known online fashion retailer. Managing high volume online communication, mainly through e-mail, chat and social media.
The Nightshift Operations Manager Role will suit someone who is comfortable overseeing a full site, with around 100FTE on multiple customer service campaigns. You will be the main escalation and resolution point for the night time customer service.
