As the Account Manager you will be solely responsible for managing the client relationship with a high-profile, blue chip corporate businesses. You will be charged with maintaining the current client relationship as well as up-selling and cross-selling an award-winning and market leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offering.
You will lead customer engagement with a blend of public and private sector organisations.
This is a new and growing contract which requires experience of commercial management, thorough understanding on how to deliver mutually beneficial contracts as well as looking at expanding the range or scope of services with the clients. Gravitas as well as and engaging personality and solid negotiating skills are a vital within this role.
