We are seeking a suitably experienced M S Support Analyst to augment our client’s growing Managed Services team. Our client is a leading Scottish Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with a portfolio of blue chip clients in both the Enterprise and SME market place across the UK.
Their Managed Services Team provide both on-site and remote support for a range of clients typically utilising a diverse selection of Microsoft operating systems and server applications along with a variety of 3rd party tools and business applications.
Sound IT fundamentals and Windows skills are important. Experience in a similar role is preferred. As an integral part of their support team, you will be dealing with both customers and 3rd party suppliers on a daily basis. You must be able to adapt quickly to the fast paced environment and deal with multiple tasks and projects, as required.
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of technical platforms and products including Windows Server, SCOM, Exchange Threat Management Gateway, SQL Server and Citrix. The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning new technologies and be capable of getting up to speed quickly. Training will be provided and you will be expected to work towards professional IT certification. As this role interfaces with clients and 3rd party suppliers, you will be expected to display a professional, confident demeanor along with good communication skills and an out-going personality to ensure compliance with client SLAs to ITIL standards.

This is a full time role, based in Edinburgh and some travel will be required. You must hold a valid UK driving license.
They work a standard 8 hour day (40 hour week) within the office hours of 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.
Out of hours work may be required in line with their client’s requirements.
